The current version of SOOP runs only on the Microsoft Access and Microsoft SL Server databases. No knowledge of coding is needed to install, run, and administrate the Soop Portal software, although -- if you have a knowledge of ASP -- you will easily be able to integrate modifications or modules into your Soop Portal.
In addition to the official development team, many individuals have coded additional high quality enhancements and modifications ("Mods" & "Skins") to Soop Portal, which they have made available free of charge to registered Portal members.
